Having majored in Exercise Science from Montclair State University in New Jersey, Nick honed his expertise while running a personal training company in Los Angeles. Now at 45, as a father of two active boys, aged 12 and 9, and a devoted husband to his wife Anne, Nick understands the challenges of maintaining fitness amidst a busy life over the age of 40. His mission is to empower individuals in similar situations, providing tailored fitness solutions that fit into their hectic schedules, ensuring they can stay healthy and fit with the limited time they have each day.
